How does Milkround get the best candidates registered?
We have a dedicated Candidate Marketing Team who feed and retain our databases online and offline ensuring we have the very best candidates registered for our clients to target. The biggest marketing activity we do is attend more than 130 campus events and freshers' fairs at The Times Top 40 Universities throughout the year. How long will it take to get my advert live on site?
We can get a standard recruiter package (company profile, job advert, emails) live within 48 hours of receiving your copy. If your campaign has more complicated components, this upload could take longer; your Account Manager will advise you.

How long do I have to advertise for?
It completely depends on your requirements. Generally our campaigns run from one month to 12 months; bespoke packages can be tailored to your needs. Shorter term packages can be requested please contact a member of the Milkround team or your personal Account Manager.

How do I know which products are right for me?
Our products are generally divided into three different aspects:

We have used recruitment agencies in the past to save time sifting through applications, how can Milkround help with this?

When should we advertise to get the best graduates?
Traditionally, the graduate recruitment season peaked in September and then again in May. In recent years this has plateaued and our site traffic remains pretty constant throughout the year allowing you to advertise at any time and still fill your vacancies.

I only want to recruit one graduate and not advertise a whole graduate scheme. Is Milkround suitable?
Definitely! We work with more than 1,000 clients every year ranging from small charities looking for one intern through to large blue-chip companies looking to advertise a graduate scheme for 1,000+ graduates.

How do I book a package with Milkround?
Simply give us a call or contact your personal Account Manager who will be able to guide you through the booking process. After talking through your requirements thoroughly, we will provide you with a matching bespoke solution. After agreeing on a relevant package, we will provide you with a booking form and copy requirements. Once we get the the booking form and copy back, we can get you live on site and advertising within 48 hours.
