Our development process is built around the customer and his/her requirements. Our Agile development process keeps the customer involved through direct and regular contact with the development team and project manager.
Our development methodology concentrates on delivering working usable software in short phases known as sprints. The initial requirement gathering phase is kept to a minimum and organically developed through customer feedback. At the end of each sprint a working usable prototype of the software product is created and demonstrated to the client for verification. This enables clients to provide feedback on a real working product. It also allows the development team to gain an accurate understanding of client requirements, react to and resolve any issues arising and apply the learning to the rest of the development process.
